The Appraisal Process

At Nico Buys Cars, we make it easy for you to sell your car to us. Even if you have a loan or lease on your vehicle, we commit to settling any outstanding balance. The payoff will be completed within 14 days from the transaction date.

Our 3-step appraisal process is as follows:

1. We provide a valuation range for your vehicle upon initial consultation based on the information you provide over the phone or through our online auto appraisal form.
2. Once you approve the valuation range we offer, we schedule a visit to your location.
3. You complete any necessary paperwork and we provide payment upon vehicle pickup.

Please note, you will have to provide proof of the following items:

• A valid US driver's license, US government-issued photo ID, or international passport
• Vehicle title and lien release (where applicable)
• Relevant account details and payoff information (where applicable)

Payment Policy
At Nico Buys Cars, we prioritize transparency and security in all transactions. To ensure a safe and seamless process, all payments for purchased vehicles are issued via company checks.

  * Checks Cannot Be Cashed Directly: Due to fraud prevention measures, our company checks are non-cashable.

    *Deposit Required: You must deposit the check into your bank account, where it will clear according to standard banking procedures.

     *Bank Information: We issue all checks through Capital Bank.
